Torrie (Torrie) Wilson was raised on a farm in Boise Idaho. It's situated in the middle of typical crops of potatoes, corn, and wheat. Wilson became a sports entertainer after she and her then boyfriend attended WCW in the backstage. Scott Steiner invited her to join him in the ring. Wilson remained in the business for more than an entire decade. Wilson participated in WCW often, was also managing competitors including David Flair. Billy Kidman. The Filthy Aliens, and Shane Douglas. Wilson was offered a job by WWE in 2001, when the company acquired WCW. A combination of her sportsmanship and love for entertainment helped make Wilson an ideal fit for WWE during a time the industry was experiencing its highest level of activity. Wilson played an integral role in WCW's attempt to invade WWE. She partnered with Stacy Keibler, her friend and, at times rival - whom she became her main partner. Wilson's involvement in WCW's women's WWE division was initiated after that attack. Wilson had memorable rivalries that included Keibler, Sable, Melina as well as Melina, Sable, and Keibler. She even took on her family's honour against the nefarious Dawn Marie.
