Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles in the way he's known for the music world, is a British musician and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the group One Direction. Based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England, Styles is the child of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, along with three of his classmates, created a band group called White Eskimo. After winning the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to their outstanding performance, they also participated in the Battle of Bands 2010. Although he has always expressed an interest in the world of music but despite his enthusiasm in it, he also wanted to become a lawyer and physical therapist. When he worked in the city's pastry shop, Harry Styles was able to support his family. For the year 2010 Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he did the track Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. For that reason his band had to separate. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they would form the group One Direction after the X The X. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in the year 2010. They sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Be Sucky without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart during the contest, which helped them become one of the frontrunners to win the contest. The band was in the third position behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle and were the winners. Harry Styles did not receive a prize, however Cowell offered a 2-million-pound deal to One Direction in order for the group to join Syco Records.
